Orla Faughnan is an operations leader who specialises in scaling businesses, driving operational efficiency and leadership development. She has held senior roles in software, information security and financial services. She is currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Nucleo, an advisory and consultancy firm focused on asset management, data and AI, and project delivery. She holds an MBA from Trinity College Dublin and a BSc (Arch) from TU Dublin and joined Chime’s Board of Directors in October 2026.
