Tom Maguire received a cochlear implant at Beaumont Hospital in 1995. He credits this with enabling him to hold a range of leadership positions in the Department of Justice. A graduate of the Institute of Public Administration and the Open University, he holds a Certificate in Disability Studies from Maynooth University. Tom became Chairperson of Chime’s Board of Directors in 2023.
