Brighter future

As a Deaf or Hard of Hearing young person leaving school and heading off to college, vocational training or work, it can be a bit scary. Explore is here to support you in that transition, providing mentor-based support for people aged between 16-25.

Our experienced mentors will work with you to:

  • Build your skills, capacity, and independence 
  • Provide tailored one-to-one support, advice and information
  • Offer career exploration sessions, and workshops
  • Prepare Individual Progression Plans (IPP) with access to peer support panels and employment supports.
