Newly Diagnosed Weekend

If you are a parent with a child who has recently been diagnosed with hearing loss, you are invited to join us at our Newly Diagnosed Weekend.

_Welcome to our

Newly Diagnosed Weekend

Are you a parent of a child who has recently been diagnosed with hearing loss? We understand that this can sometimes be an upsetting, confusing and overwhelming time. That’s why we created our Newly Diagnosed Weekends.

These weekends are designed to support you to learn more about parenting a Deaf or Hard of Hearing child and how you can support them in reaching their full potential.

The weekends also give you a chance to meet other families following the same path, share your experiences, hear their stories and find answers to your questions.

_Here's a taste of

What's included

At our Newly Diagnosed Weekend you’ll have the chance to meet Chime staff and other professionals, as well as other families. There’s lots of time to find your feet and ask questions and mingle with other parents. We offer creche facilities, so that you can get the full benefit of the weekend without worrying about entertaining your little ones.

Keep an eye on our events page to find out the date of our next weekend.
