Children and Families' Team

Chime’s Children and Family Team are dedicated to working with parents to provide the information and extra support you need to help your child reach their full potential. The Children and Family Team are here for you at every stage of your journey, from understanding the initial diagnosis, to enhancing language development and social skills for your child. The team run a number of events to help you to learn more and get involved with the Chime community.

Chat with parents following the same path as you, share experiences and discover a circle of support at our Parent and Toddler Social Groups.
Run by parents for parents, Our New Ears is dedicated to supporting families of children with hearing loss.

If you need a extra support for you, your child or family member, we also offer other services.

If you or a family member is feeling overwhelmed or is facing some life challenges, our Social Work Team is here to help.
If you have a child who is Deaf or Hard of Hearing and has more complex needs that require specialist supports, Chime’s Deaf Specialist Muti-Disciplinary Team for Children & Young People can help.
